Situated in a heritage precinct area, the late-Victorian cottage was originally built in 1890 as a worker's cottage for Thyne's Woollen Mill in nearby York Street — now the home of The Australian School of Fine Furniture.

This private, fully self-contained two-bedroom cottage features a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom with all modern conveniences, including hairdryer and bath robes.
Both bedrooms have a romantic ambience and are beautifully appointed with wrought iron beds (fitted with electric blankets) and period furnishings.
